1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (specifically Uttar Pradesh where the trust is registered). Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Site after changes, you accept the new Terms.

  • If you are a corporate or institutional partner, you may share data with us under separate agreement; we commit to using that data only for agreed purposes.
